DNA sampling instructions
Before taking the test, make sure that in the 60 minutes prior to taking the sample you have not: eaten, chewed gum, smoked, brushed your teeth, or drunk any type of liquid except water.
Remove the swab from the test tube by pulling on the cap.

Self-collection tutorial
Insert the swab into the oral cavity, place it on the tongue and moisten it with saliva. (FIG.1)
Close your mouth and hold the swab in place for 10 seconds. (FIG.2)
Using your index and middle fingers, press the swab against the inside of your cheek and rub vigorously 10 times near the gum wall. (FIG.3)
Repeat the step on the opposite side of the oral cavity. (FIG.4)
After collection, reinsert the swab into the tube and close tightly until you hear a click. Insert the newly closed tube into the BioHazard bag, and the BioHazard bag into the TNT bag.
