What is a Shipping Label?
The shipping label is a sheet of paper attached to each Holifya Kit that you will find inside the shipping package. Do not throw it away for any reason.
The waybill is essential to send the sample back to our laboratory and must be delivered together with the TNT envelope.
This is an example of a shipping label
The label contains a code that you will need to note down in order to track the package . The code to remember is highlighted in yellow in the image on the side.
As you can see in the example, the reference code is the one following the wording “LDV:”, in this case WS57020254 (facsimile code for example).
