Instructions for collection
Important
Before proceeding with the withdrawal, it is necessary to create a new Holifya account and register your sample within the platform, using the sample code, as reported in point 4 of the instructions included in your Holifya package.

Holifya offers you two options for shipping your sample to the partner laboratory:
A) Delivery to a TNT collection point
Dropping off at a TNT collection point is ideal if you are in a hurry and do not want to wait for the courier to collect your order from your home.
Holifya cannot guarantee time slot collection via home collection. If you want to be sure that your sample is shipped on a specific date and time, we recommend that you drop it off at a TNT collection point along with the shipping label.
B) Home collection
If you are able to be at home on the day of collection, you can request home collection by following the steps illustrated
below.
Since Holifya cannot guarantee a specific time slot for collection, we recommend that you select a date when you will be available at the collection address throughout the day.
Follow these steps to organize your home collection:
STEP 1 – SHIPPING COSTS TO BE PAID Section
- Select “Recipient (the person receiving the shipment)”
- Leave the box “The goods are destined for Italy” checked
- Click on “Continue”
STEP 2 – WHERE TO COLLECT Section
- Enter all the required data and the address from which the courier will collect the envelope with the biological sample
NB: In the “Prefix” field, enter the prefix of your city for landlines (e.g. 06, 02, 011, 081, etc..) or of your mobile operator (e.g. 320, 330, 340, 351, etc..). In the “Telephone” field, enter the rest of the number without the prefix
- Click on “Continue”
STEP 3 – WHEN TO COLLECT Section
- Set the date and time slots in which the courier can collect the envelope containing the biological sample, in the morning and/or in the afternoon, using the fields "Morning opening hours - Afternoon opening hours"
NB: Each collection time slot must be at least 3 hours long (e.g. Morning opening hours from 9.00 to 12.00 - Afternoon opening hours from 15.00 to 18.00). In the "Goods availability time" field, enter the same time indicated in the "Morning opening hours - from" field.
- Click on “Continue”
STEP 4 – CONFIRMATION MESSAGES Section
- Enter your email address to receive confirmation of your booking . You will be sent a code with which you can modify or cancel your pick-up.
- Click on “Continue”
STEP 5 – WHAT TO COLLECT Section
- Select the “Parcels” item and indicate 1 as the “Number”
- In the “Weight” field write 0.05 Kg
- In the “Length” field write 20 cm
- In the “Width” field write 20 cm
- In the “Height” field write 2 cm
- Click on “Continue”
STEP 6 – SUMMARY AND CONFIRMATION Section
- Check that all the data for the collection is correct and if necessary save it for the next booking. If you realise that you have made a mistake, you can go back and change the information entered.
- Click on “Confirm”
